There is a number of well known ways to adjust your reality to your preferences.<\/p>\n
Over the years I have experimented with many of these and have found that some suited my personality better than others – not necessarily the ones that were most effective though. Depending on your personal preferences you can find ways to adjust your perception that you will enjoy more than others.<\/p>\n
